In regards to your paper, I think you might want to reconsider your introduction. If the Burmese people are your audience, then you might want to remind them of the recent events that have affected their government, or maybe you might think about keeping it short and to the point (1 sentence). The rest of the claims seem to be focused and on topic and look to make a great paper. I like your solutions.
